Professional advice and REAL SAVINGS on all types of insurance
|

Most people would agree that it makes
sense to have, at least, the basic levels of protection in place to
insure against the unexpected, securing some peace of mind for both you,
your partner or your family. We often find that many people are
uncertain of the cover they actually have. With years of experience in
finding the right protection at the right price, we can explain your
existing cover, making recommendations where appropriate, and ensure
that you avoid paying more than you need for the cover you require. There are three main areas of cover: |
Buildings and Contents Insurance
|
|
Covers the cost of repairs or
rebuilding of a property due to a range of 'standard perils', such as
fire or storms and is a compulsory requirement for all mortgage
providers. Contents insurance is optional and protects the contents of
your property eg. furniture, carpets, jewellery, electrical appliances,
clothes and other personal effects. |
Life Insurance
|
|
As a mortgage is, to most people, the
largest financial commitment of a lifetime, it is important to be able
to repay the mortgage in the unfortunate event of an early death.
Policies vary, but in general terms, a Life Assurance policy will pay
out upon death, giving a spouse, partner, children or estate, a sum of
money to pay off an outstanding mortgage and loans. Without cover, the
surviving spouse, partner or estate will have to continue these
repayments. |
Mortgage Payment Protection (ASU)
|
|
Plans can vary, but in essence they
provide a regular income if you are unable to work due to accident,
sickness or unemployment and can be set at a level to suit your personal
requirements. |
